Calculate sectors to minutes (Ifoedit)

Maybe dumb question but anyway. How to convert or calculate sectors numbers (example 74194 - entry point sector, from above) to minutes (seconds)?

I think you're asking the wrong question. You do not convert sector numbers to minutes. The entry point sector is the starting sector/NAVPACK of each V/C. It is related to the VTS_C_ADT and VTS_VOBU_ADMAP table.

You convert playback time in decimal to time format and vice versa. You can do a search on BCD conversion. There were many discussions. But here's the general formula:

BCD time (decimal)= 606279 = 0x94047

Playback time(Hex: HH:MM:SS.FF) = BCD - FPS = 0x94047 - 0x40 = 0x94007 = 00:09:40.07
where FPS for 25fps is 0x40, for 30fps is 0xC0.
