FUBatch 0.9 and XP Remote Desktop

I've been using FUBatch 0.9 for quite some time now, and I've noticed a problem that occures when using remote desktop in Win XP. I have 4 computers set up in a LAN configuration, and I access them all from one, using remote desktop. This is great for using FUBatch, cause I can just set them all up from this one computer, and then run the batch file, and check on them from time to time. However, I have noticed that unless I am actually connected to the machine thru remote desktop, the batch file will not continue to run. For example, when the encodings are complete, the computer will sit at the next screen, until I connect to it thru remote desktop, and only then will it continue, and each batch instruction will only be executed while I am connected. This is only a small inconvenience really, but it is still a problem which I thought I'd make u guys aware of. If you got any possible fixes that'd be great too.
Thanks.

alku83,
I currenlty don't have a Windows XP PC to test this on, if anyone else does and has any information on this, that would be great.

since autoIT pretends to be a keyboard, this is not possible.
when using xp remote desktop, if you close your session, you have for all intents, removed the keyboard.
the system also removes access to the applications being run by another user when you log out.
this isn't a flaw of FUBatch, its just not a possibility with autoit. try and get remote assistance set up and use that instead. then the screen will belong to both computers and the keyboard will always be accessible. if you set each cmputer on the lan with windows messenger, then you can open remote assistance with that, but I think you will still need human interaction from the machine you want to control to get remote assistance running.
if that is still not good enough, in the remote desktop options, uncheck as many boxes as you are willing to, and leave it always running. as long as you don't restart your main computer to often, this should work for you. on my machine leaving the remote desktop running did not eat up too many resources.

I'm assuming this would require XP pro to use correct? How about PCanywhere would that work?

PCAnywhere would work because you are just taking control of a different PC and actually starting FUBatch on that PC. Once you disconnect the program will continue to run as if you had been sitting at that PC.

It's a commercial product, see Symantec's website (www.symantec.com)for details.
It's one of the more popular "remote control" apps. It's limitation is it's lack of scalability. Otherwise it's pretty stable in my experience, including Win9x, Win2k, and WinNT.
