You always ask questions which have been answered many times before and can easily be found by using search. :readrule: :readguid: :search:
Search the forums for 'ChopperXP'

I don't know how you are doing the search, but if I search using the 2 keywords 'vob' and 'cut' (I used the same keywords which you have used in this thread title to simulate the test case!), I get this (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=101317&highlight=vob+cut) thread (along with many others too) right on the first page! I am not trying to rub it in, but just letting you how easy it was to get this question answered without opening a new thread.

Use VobBlanker to cut. You can only do one cut per session so if you have more than I cut per title, you'll have to repeat the process.

As I haven't been able to succeed to achieve the outcome that i wanted, i am posting my problem in detail ...
I am having a problem of Sound Delay in a movie, yea yea i know 'it shouldn't be a problem', but in my case it is a very strange problem, the delay is in the second last VOB file only. Actually it has a scene of app 1 sec from the previous vob [scene was repeated], so the sound and the video were not synchronised, sound being 1st and relayed frame followed it, using crop xp i deleted the first second, after that DGINDEX showed the delay of -107ms in that particular vob, , i encoded the VOB file, the delay is still there though much less .. i know i can't crop the file in 'ms' .. so i am really disappointed as i went througha lot of trouble just to RIP the dvd .. and now encoding problem .. :( the shopkeeper won't take it back and i don't want to buy a new one, though i think that might be only option left for me now ...
after using VobBlanker I had 16505 errors [I]"WARNING: audio sector out of range:" ... if that helps in the diagnosis

The error in VB
WARNING: audio sector out of range,
indicates a wrongly muxed VOB (or a bug in VB. but I think it is not the case), or a wrongly ripped one.
Try ripping again the DVD with dvddecrypter.
If the problem persists, the only thing I can imagine to fix it is to demux the titles, mux them again with Muxman and replace them with VB.
