Use DVD Remake Pro (see my signature).
Guide here (http://www.dimadsoft.com/dvdremakepro/ht_merge1.php).

Free alternative:
It should be possible to use also VobBlanker's cut function to remove the last frames of the first part, then VobMerge and finally IfoEdit's Create IFOs.
But it's difficult to keep the original menus, if you want them.

I spose you could also use the old Vobedit method of joining.

RegardsYes, it's probably the fest method to join the VOBs, since it will take care of the VOB/Cell IDs.

I used that method exclusively before DVDRMP with 100% success. :)

After creating new IFOs after joining with VobEdit, ensure you correct the sectors by clicking on "Get VTS Sectors" button afterwards.
What I usually do is check to see if DVD Shrink can load it. If there is an error then a IfoEdit mock strip would fix it. ;)
