Sorry, I explain better. I see the link. I want to know if there is the possibility to download directly from https://trac.videolan.org/x264 using a program like TortoiseCVS.

yes, you can use tortoiseSVN :p

And there are daily snapshots as ariches availabe, too. E. g. here (http://130.89.175.1/pub/software/videolan/x264/snapshots/). Much easier for one time dl of the source, but if you want to update regularely, you will have to use svn.
