pulldown 2:2 manual in PAL

hi guys... i need some help... my friend told me that pulldown 2:2 manual is best deinterlace process in PAL streams..
I got interlaced source mpeg2 pal and i want to set pulldown 2:2 manual and then encode into CCE 2.70 ... anyone can help with this ? plizz

CCE doesn't support (automatic) 2:2 puldown.
2:2 puldown is the best way to deinterlece PAL video if the source was shooted in 24 film mode (then encoded as 25 frame PAL). For others clips the best way is ''traditional'' deinterlace.
