How on earth do I grab still frames from .RM video files? Is there a utility that can do this?
If I can't to that, then is there a utility that allows me to convert a .RM video file to an uncomressed AVI, as I can easily grab frames from that using media player classic. :)

Then why dont you use media player classic for your rm files?

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I've tried that but with no joy in my original post...
I open up the .RM file in MPC, but when I go to "Save Image..." in the File menu, it brings up the file save box, I give it a filename like "screengrab.bmp", but then MPC brings up a box saying "GetCurrentImage failed, hr = 80004001"
I have no clue what this means, but it seems to only do it when trying to grab frames from .RM files. :(

In MPC go to view --> options --> playback --> output and select DirectX7 or 9 under realmedia video. Then re-open your file and try again.
