password screen

just a little (maybe stupid :-) ) question. I m connected to a network of a computers. I really can not find out, where to make such setting in my PC to make it password protected while browsing LAN - I mean, when somebody will try to browse my PC in a network, he encounters that screen with password and username.

I m sorry for my english :)
